When wiping remember not to leave any fecal matter so you don’t get a UTI (urinary tract infection), itching, discomfort, labial irritation, and vaginitis.
When using wet wipes it helps to avoid skin irritation which can be caused by dry toilet paper. Check and make sure your wiping in the right direction you should be wiping front to back so you don’t get feces in your urethra.
Avoid aggressive or excessive wiping which can harm and irritate your rectum.
Try not to wipe rectum area more then 3 times to reduce the chances of you smearing feces instead of clearing it.
For itching and irritation take a Epsom salt bath, sitz bath, or get you some Caring Wipes with witch hazel and aloe vera to reduce inflammation in rectal area.
